Lambeth council needed a ‘yes’ vote from residents of a run-down estate to unlock £100m of PFI funding for investment in new housing, parks, sports and leisure facilities – part of a pioneering ‘decent homes’ and regeneration strategy to rebuild a community from the bottom up.

Despite some strong opposition, our consultation and communications campaign at Myatts Field helped secure a convincing ‘yes’ vote – enabling the project to move forward confidently.
