Camden council needed a new system for communicating with tenants and leaseholders facing major repairs in a £300m programme.

We devised the Pride of Place Toolkit, helping the council to consult the diverse local community effectively and improve communications throughout the building programme. It’s won trust, mutual respect and improved the quality of life for residents. It helped win Camden Housing the first 3-star award from the Audit Commission.
