Greenwich council needed to establish a strong relationship with residents of three Woolwich estates facing possible demolition and rebuild.

We worked closely with the neighbourhood services team to establish high quality consultation with tenants and leaseholders – developing key messages, setting up a special newsletter and helping to manage  initial consultation events. These achieved a high turn-out and a positive response to the council’s approach, paving the way for the rebuilding programme to start next year.
