One Islington was commissioned by Islington council to motivate senior managers before a key Audit Commission inspection – to showcase the year’s successes and focus staff on challenges ahead.
It featured the chief executive, frontline staff, local residents and partners. Managers gave a standing ovation at the first showing and Islington went on to climb two levels in the CPA, winning the title of ‘fastest improving’ council.
