Training strategy for foreign ministry

The Tanzanian Foreign Ministry needed improved communications with staff at home and abroad as well as with foreign governments, tourists and investors.

We worked for RIPA International on a communications and training audit in Dar Es Salaam, reviewing internal and external communications at the ministry and identifying training development needs. An internationally funded training programme has since begun.
