Paul Wastell
Is a founding director of PWC. He is a former journalist, and TV producer and a former head of news at Camden council.

He has worked for local and national newspapers and TV, including The Standard and The Times. He produced and directed programmes for 12 years at Thames Television, LWT and the BBC on news, health, law, education and consumer issues. 

He specialises in campaign management, video production and training. He runs regular training courses for PR professionals at the London College of Communication and at RIPA International.

He has a degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University.


Angela Hill
Is a founding director of PWC. She is a qualified social worker with experience working with children, families and in mental health across London. She previously worked for Mencap and for social services in Enfield in north London.

She specialises in writing on health, mental health and children’s services.

She has a degree in English from Oxford University and a Masters in Social Work from the Royal Holloway College.   


Siobhan Crozier
Is an associate communications consultant. She specialises in internal and external communications strategy. She has worked as head of communications for three London local authorities over 10 years. She is a former reporter on Ireland’s Sunday Independent.


Caroline Ellis
Is an associate graphic designer, specialising in print and corporate identity. She has worked for corporate and public sector clients across the UK and has won many national design awards.   


Lisa Lee
Is an associate graphic designer, specialising in web design, video graphics and new media. She has worked for corporate and public sector clients across the UK, has won lots of awards and she has also designed this website.


Paul Cox
Is an associate lighting cameraman, specialising in corporate video. He films regularly for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 on factual, documentary and entertainment productions -– from Panorama and the BBC China series, to What Not to Wear. 


David Tothill
Is an associate photographer. He specialises in social documentary photography, using images of people to bring life to corporate publicity. Several of his pictures have been used on this website.
